Refund Policy
At Luxury Outdoor Supply, we are committed to providing the highest quality products. If our products do not meet your standards, please let us know by emailing support@luxuryoutdoorsupply.com. We evaluate each case individually and will do our best to make it right.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
If you purchased a product on our website and decide it is not for you, we do accept returns on unused items. Shipping fees may apply. Please contact us to discuss your options.
If you purchased a product through one of our reseller partners, you will need to consult with the store you purchased it from to determine their return policy.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take longer for the refund to appear on your end, depending on your card issuer.
Exchanges (If Applicable)

Shipping Policy
We generally ship same day or next day. Transit time for delivery is typically 2 to 8 business days, depending on the product, availability, and other shipping factors. We ship from Louisville, Kentucky to anywhere in the U.S..
Damages that occur during shipping must be documented at the time of delivery by the customer with a picture and documentation, including noting any damage with the driver. This is necessary for us to file a freight claim on your behalf.
