Warranty Coverage
Glatz products are covered by a limited warranty. Any defects in delivered products must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt. After this period, warranty coverage is limited to repairs only. Requests for contract cancellations, replacements, or price reductions are excluded if repairs can be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Warranty Period
The warranty and guarantee claims expire two years after the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Liability Limitations
Glatz AG is not liable for any damage except in cases of gross or willful negligence. Liability for consequential or indirect damages is expressly excluded.
Exceptions to Liability Limitations
The above exclusions do not apply in cases of:
- Injury to life, limb, or health
- Legal obligations under product liability laws
- Damage resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct
These exclusions and limitations also extend to the employees, representatives, and agents of Glatz AG, including shareholders and executive members, with regard to their personal liability.
