Warranty
What is not covered by the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by transit, accidents, tampering, modification, vandalism, negligence, misuse, abrasive contact, or faulty installation. Additionally, damage resulting from attaching the product to an accessory not supplied with the shelter is excluded. Improper installation that does not follow the provided instructions is also not covered.
The warranty does not cover wear of fabric due to natural events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, wind, floods, snow, or wind-blown debris.
Labor and installation costs are not covered by the warranty, and the customer is responsible for all zoning and permit requirements, if applicable.

Delivery
Delivery of ordered products will be made as soon as possible to the address provided in the order. If there is an error in the registration details, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to modifications with the carrier. Some deliveries may require appointments with the carrier.
Please note that Luxury Outdoor Supply is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by weather-related closures or other uncontrollable events.
Returns or Refunds
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in resalable condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Whether you’re ordering a greenhouse, garden building, or outdoor furniture, there are no additional freight costs for standard delivery.
