RETURN POLICY: The manufacturer will provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are submitted within 5 days of the item being received. The manufacturer will not provide any policy for claims placed on an item after 30 days of being received.
REPLACEMENT PARTS: The manufacturer will provide replacement parts for items that are missing or damaged at the manufacturer's expense. The customer is required to provide the part number and photos to the support@luxuryoutdoorsupply.com prior to replacement parts being shipped.
BAD ADDRESS: The manufacturer will charge the customer any and all fees associated with a bad address provided. If the apartment/suite number is not included or a bad postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a reshipping charge equal to the original shipping charge added to the customer's account. A 25% restocking fee will be applied for all packages returned to the manufacturer due to a bad address being supplied.
CANCELLATION: The manufacturer will charge the customer any and all fees associated with a cancellation without prior written consent and authorization of the canceled order. If the customer cancels an order prior to shipping and authorization is not provided, there will be a reshipping charge equal to the original shipping charge added to the customer's account. A 25% restocking fee will be applied for all packages returned to the manufacturer due to unauthorized cancellations.
